• 7v7 Girls Flag Football (H.S) 5V5/6V6 (3RD-8TH)
• FHSAA/NFHS Rules Adapted
• 10 Games Minimum
• 4-Week Compact Season
• Doubleheaders/Tripleheaders
• 24-minute running clock
• 1 timeout per team per game
• Clock stops during the final minute for incompletions, out-of-bounds plays, TDs/PATs and changes of possession
• 10-player minimum | 14-player maximum
• 3rd-12th grade

🏆 PLAYOFFS

The Top 4 teams advance to a single-elimination Championship Bracket.

#1 vs. #4 and #2 vs. #3 → Semifinals → Championship Game

Teams outside the Top 4 will compete in a Consolation Bowl, giving every team an opportunity for a postseason game.

🎯 DEVELOPMENT-FOCUSED

The compact format provides additional opportunities for team building, bonding, red-zone work, situational football and game-like scenarios while maximizing live reps.

💰 REGISTRATION

FULL TEAM — $1,000

Best value for established teams. Head Coach/Program Director pays the full team fee at registration.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER — $145/player/$125 Early Bird

For teams collecting payments individually from parents.

Important: Individual-payment teams must have 10 fully registered and paid players 10 days before kickoff. If the minimum is not met, the coach/program director is responsible for the remaining balance needed to reach the $1,000 team minimum, or the team may be disbanded and players placed in the free-agent pool.
